স্বপ্ন শহর প্রপার্টিজ লিমিটেড (SSPL)-এর ওয়েবসাইট, বুকিং ও পেমেন্ট সেবা ব্যবহারের জন্য নিম্নোক্ত শর্তাবলি প্রযোজ্য।

The following terms and conditions apply to the use of Shopno Shohor Properties Limited (SSPL)'s website, booking, and payment services.

১. শর্তাবলির গ্রহণযোগ্যতা

এই ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার এবং যেকোনো বুকিং বা পেমেন্ট করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিম্নোক্ত শর্তাবলিতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

By using this website and making any booking or payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

২. বুকিং ও কিস্তি

ফ্ল্যাট/সম্পত্তি বুকিং, কিস্তির সময়সূচি ও পরিমাণ চুক্তি অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হবে। নির্ধারিত সময়ে কিস্তি পরিশোধ না করলে বুকিং স্থগিত হতে পারে।

Flat/property bookings, installment schedules, and amounts are defined per the agreement. Failure to pay installments on time may result in suspension of the booking.

৩. পেমেন্ট

অনলাইন পেমেন্ট SSLCommerz-এর মাধ্যমে প্রক্রিয়াকৃত হয়। পেমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো সমস্যার জন্য রসিদ ও ট্রানজেকশন আইডি সংরক্ষণ করুন।

Online payments are processed via SSLCommerz. Please keep your receipt and transaction ID for any payment-related issues.

৪. বাতিলকরণ ও রিফান্ড

৫. সম্পত্তি বরাদ্দ

নির্দিষ্ট ফ্ল্যাট/ইউনিট বরাদ্দ কোম্পানির নিয়ম ও প্রাপ্যতার উপর নির্ভরশীল। বরাদ্দ সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো পরিবর্তন কোম্পানির সিদ্ধান্ত অনুযায়ী হবে।

Allocation of specific flats/units depends on company rules and availability. Any change in allocation is at the company's discretion.

৬. প্রযোজ্য আইন

এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে এবং যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আদালতের এখতিয়ারে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
